Walked the dog around the neighborhood and saw an 80% reduction in Trump yard signs. #littlevictories

Baldwin: "Last night, the president said 'I'm not touching Medicare, Medicaid, Social Security, VA, I'm not touching them.' By this morning, he endorsed the House budget resolution which paves the way for massive cuts to Medicaid."

Oh, look. The House GOP Budget reflects all the evil cuts to Medicaid they said they'd do in Project 2025. Maybe take them literally and seriously.

How will the House GOP budget affect you? There will be cuts to Medicaid, SNAP, student aid & grants, premiums for ACA will increase, cuts to $$ for green programs. Listen to learn more! youtu.be/9vnQhTllRTg?...

Nubbies hanging on her purrito blanket is the start of a good day 😉

18 minutes until dinner time!

So a 25% tariff (with an increase to 50% in a week) on the largest flower importer to the US right before the biggest wedding season YET. This is pretty low on my list of what will finally radicalize those 53% of white women that voted for the Nazi sympathizer, but who knows!!

The “A” in DEIA stands for accessibility. Federal workers with disabilities, including many veterans, deserve respect and the opportunity to work in public service. A diverse, equitable, inclusive, and accessible workplace makes public service better and makes everyone’s lives better.

They took away affirmative action, DEI, the equal employment opportunity act, and told you it’s to center merit. Some of you actually believe you’ll finally be able to prove your worth without these things. Newsflash: it was never about merit, they just don’t want you in their spaces lol

‘There is no civility within the patriarchy,’ is a paraphrased quote from “The Right to Sex,” by Amia Srinivasan that SLAPS.

New Year’s resolution is to read/listen to (at least) one feminist book a month. January is The Right to Sex by Amia Srinivasan. What books are you reading/listening to? Shout out to my local library and the Libby app!

This is Goonie. He is unperturbed about current events because he is 1. A cat, and 2. Doesn’t speak English. Today I will be like Goonie.
