Reskeet with how you came out as trans (wrong answers only) Transporter incident, due to beaming with alien plants during an Ion Storm.

So... remember that guy who I called out selling prints of my model... ya, he's selling prints to OTHER users models, I know. I'm confident it was without their knolage, so I sent them bolth an FYI. That way, they can deal with him if needed.

Yesterday, Imanaged to get Starfield run on a GTX1070 under Fedora Linux without stutter while jumping around within the City on Mars. I did create a 3D printing file on my Mini PC under Ubuntu. I did get Steam Link work on my iPad with the XBox controller. And all that after I did vote.

Lychee Slicer works fine on my N150 Mini PC under Linux. I think I should double the RAM to 16GB on this though, because it might get into problems with larger files. #3Dprinting #linux

Did upgrade my i7 8700K/ GTX1070 computer to 32GB of RAM and two 1TB NVMe SSDs. Then did install Bazzite Linux. Seems to work on this machine...

Updating the Windows Installation on my i7 8700K computer to Win 11, before I replace the SSD to install a Fedora/KDE Linux, just to have a spare Windows 11 around.

For light weight keyboards, I do like my Raspberry Pi Keyboard, because it doubles as a USB Hub. If only it wasn't connected through one of these Micro-USB ports...

Windows is now completely blocking Audible Sync in the Firewall, without even showing the thing in the list of Apps. 😵‍💫

I guess one of the problems with Windows is, that it tries to be one tool for everything.

Why the heck would you want a Linux that looks like Windows 11? (Wubuntu...) The only way that could be worse, is if it would look like Windows 8... 😬

Profile Update, because I had my birthday last month and Fluffy 🐇 is now as big as Binky 🐇. They're still both my baby bunnies though ❤️🐇🐇

Just found out that I can't completely "de-google", because I need an Android phone for work stuff. (Or iOS, but I don't need an expensive phone to start with)

Good morning sweethearts and cuddle bunnies 🤗🤗🐰🐇🤗🤗

Jk Rowling could never be so cool, don't read potter read animorphs to support an author who isn't a pos.

No Meta. No Musk. I did also pause my Amazon Prime membership. I didn't save that much money with it anyways.

Fluffy (🐇) must have little springs in her paws, the way she did jump in the bed this morning.

I literally did spend the entire weekend tinkering with Steam, Linux and my home network. I definitely did learn quite a bit. Guess I probably could kick Windows out of the window, if necessary.

So, any problem I had with installing modern #Linux on my Samsung Laptop came from the fact that neither the Intel graphics nor the Nvidia 540M support Vulkan. Other than that, #Aurora Linux does work fine. It does need a new battery though, as well as some small hardware upgrades.

I did install Aurora Linux on the Laptop and I think I did hear the 540M Fan going on earlier. But I have to test it with a game. Installing Civilization V.

Since over all, my old Samsung RC530 Laptop does work with a modern Linux, I just need to find a better matching distribution. Ubuntu 24.04 is fine on my GMKtec G3 plus, but it doesn't work well with the old Nvidia Optimus Laptops. And the i7 2670QM really needs the Nvidia 540M nowadays.

Having slept over it, I better install Ubuntu 18.04 (Bionic Beaver) on my 2011 Samsung Laptop. Neither 24.10 nor 22.04 did really wanted to work well with it.

Looks like my i7 2670QM / Nvidia Optimus Laptop either needs a new Windows Installation, or it's done. BIOS didn't show problems, so I hope it's the former, because it's still a nice machine

Happy Prophet Velen Day, I guess?

I know every Version of Windows from 3 and NT to 11, besides WIN8, and I want to keep it that way.

Just like I keep my old 2nd gen i7 Laptop on Win7, I will keep my 8th gen i7 PC on Win10. Probably at some time upgrading the RAM and internal hard drives, as I did with the Laptop. Why are 12GB RTX 3060 still 300€ though? 🤔😬

Aus gegebenem Anlass:

Playing somewhat safe and replacing my old main PC Keyboard with a sturdy aluminium case mechanical 82+1 key model. I don't use the NumPad on my Gaming PC anyways. For the second one, I might choose something lighter though.
