Meta illegaly downloaded 80+ terabytes of books from LibGen, Anna's Archive, and Z-library to train their AI models. In 2010, Aaron Swartz downloaded only 70 GBs of articles from JSTOR (0.0875% of Meta). Faced $1 million in fine and 35 years in jail. Took his own life in 2013.

It needs about 5x its current votes to be considered but is especially in need of voters from: Spain, Ireland, Slovenia, Belgium

Temporal is coming! ✨ @igalia.com and Bloomberg did a lot of work on this! So pleased to see it arriving! developer.mozilla.org/en-US/blog/j...

Lol trying to translate a post in bluesky takes you to google translate, I guess it's a smart move while they can't prioritize a proper implementation, but it was unexpected

It feels good to navigate in a not bloated feed again. Bluesky's web navigation on mobile is so smooth.. Twitter is rotting in every sense, even the scrolling is getting worse everyday. And it will die before I get used to call it X, sorry not sorry.
