I made beef jerky!!! Note for future: Line the dehydrator racks with parchment in the future so I don't spend 30 minutes painfully peeling off the finished glued on jerky.

Test run of my Ecoflow Delta 2 with my fridge. Looks like it should run it for 24 hours straight. Need to test the solar panel with it next. It's only 200w, but better than nothing. In a pinch, could run the fridge only on the solar panel, since 107 watts isn't a hard pull with the condenser on.
