texting my mom in bosnian to practice with a mix of latin and cyrillic letters to make clear that while I don't know our 7 grammar cases I know cyrillic at a 1st grade level so I can be grammatically incoherent in two different scripts

I watched back parts of the exec committee meeting and I owe staff an apology. Councillors Carroll, Colle, and Perks (in an absolutely wild rant) opposed a commercial parking levy. The passivity is coming from the executive committee members.
