Lateral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) is not a fun one. I did this to myself by consistently overdoing it at the gym and then baking (=mixing by hand) too much at the end of the year. I am happy to say, though, that it's probably 75% better now. And luckily it hasn't impacted my ability to draw.

I don't (and won't) post re. politics. I'm so fed up with everything in the world that I would be angry on here exactly 100% of the time. But it is so damning to see so few people in power condemn what's going on in any meaningful way. No actions taken. Nothing. An unserious country to its core.
