A look at Facebook groups shows there's many teachers and TAs, but also Heads and SLT, feeling the stress of bullying, toxicity, and lack of empathy at a pinch point in the school year. Take time to check-in, notice and support, regardless of your role. Genuine kindness is always appreciated.
