It’s completely fine to wish MVP for someone other than Josh Allen. You can make the case for Lamar, Burrow, etc. But it’s also incorrect to immediately dismiss Allen as “the wrong choice.” Different opinions can exist, and to pretend his case wasn’t valid is equally incorrect.

The the fumbles from Ekeler and Brown have come when those guys are trying to get upright from passes that hit them too low. Still their fault? Absolutely. But if those passes had been to them accurately, they wouldn’t have been in that position and might have put the ball away more securely.

Of all Running Backs with 20+ targets in 2024, Tampa Bay had TWO guys in the bottom 5 in Average Depth of Target. Bucky Irving -3.00 Rashaad White -1.91 Meanwhile Travis Etienne had an ADoT of .08 and was 38th in avg yards after the catch at 7.6 - a full 2.5 yards behind each Irving and White.
