If you get sore or tight muscles from work, these things feel like a cryo chamber. Bought one for my left leg last year after my hamstring/piriformis injury. Did a LOT of good. Like 30$ on Amazon and now I use them after long days of laying down guitar/programming.

39 years ago today we got MOP This was the first album I learned front to back in my bedroom after school. I was def a kid that got picked on a lot in middle school so coming home and isolating was a daily routine... so when guitar showed up in my life, I finally had an outlet.
