Sleep is so illusive today. I'm just about to fall asleep then my mind thinks of something that's completely unimportant and I wake up. WHY? I took my morning meds at 5am, usually those put me to sleep, but not today. I ate some food too but no. But as I write this I feel a nap coming on. Confusing.

Awake at 4:30 am again. Oh how lovely fibromyalgia is. Got to read some news. Most of it is horrible. One good thing I read is there are these older ladies in Nepal that are learning to read and write. They’re all house wives who never learned that are now in their 70’s and loving to read. 😀
