@maddow.msnbc.com I recommend that you read James Carville’s piece in the NYT this morning. I think he’s right. I was very uncomfortable with your hectoring of Hakeem Jeffries on your program last evening. He has been dealing with the issues as they come, but he knows they will fail. Calm down.

Do Senators have immunity? Republicans have been serially voting for nominees for Cabinet level positions who are promptly violating laws. They are thus responsible, it seems to me, for aiding and abetting criminal behavior. They keep doing it. I doubt that they would impeach themselves.

WAPO has a story today about DEI and the elimination of clubs that are for women or Latinos or other ethnic groups. The Athletic Department should probably do away with Women’s Teams and Men’s Teams; just have teams. How stupid is all of this?

The NYT is reporting that Treasury Secretary Bessent has given Elon Musk and the DOGE lackeys access to…THE TREASURY! How can this be? Unelected, non-vetted, yahoos can control our money? Maybe steal it. Trillions of $$$. This can’t be legal, if that means anything any more. “Pants on fire”!
