My contract is meant to come to an end on 31 March. So I've applied for a job (12 months contact) at the same place. I've got an interview on Monday. Cross your fingers, petition your gods, burn some bay leaves; please do ANYTHING to help me! I love working here!

#FolkloreThursday Welsh folklore tells of "gwynt traed y meirw" or "the wind that blows over the feet of corpses" - an easterly wind which foretold either a death or good fortune, depending on local tradition. Named because corpses were buried with feet facing east, from where this wind originated.
