So I'm walking to my car after work and I hear a loud BWAAAAAAH sound, followed by another. Somewhere between the War Of The Worlds tripod horn, and the ship from Close Encounters. What was it? A guy sitting behind his car practicing the tuba. In a parking garage. Several floors underground.
