Sunday Randoms 1) It was back to winter yesterday. About 8" in Green Bay. 2) Quality over quantity, every time. 3) I have been using a hand coffee grinder lately, a good way to start the morning & quieter. 4) Going “all in” on a goal for a month gets better results than dabbling in it for a year.

When I was teaching I had a tradition with my students (11th & 12th graders) that we called Thankful Thursday.
