Perfect sandwich bread. I started using my seedling mat to proof the dough. But, because it has no temp control (cause it's cheap) I have to put a wire rack between it and the dough or it dries it out. Works as good as a proofing box. Avery likes bread and got angry she only got a bite, not a loaf.

Not as tall as I'd like.But,ooh baby. "Time is money"is a capitalist joke.My money is time & I prefer to spend my time doing better things than working.
