Miss 8 is playing the story game with us. We take turns to add one sentence to the story. So far every story has finished with her giving us a variation on, "everybody dies, malevolent laugh, the end"

One of the friends, who has a giant dog of her own, is spoiling grandma pup by carrying her round the house. Young pup is jumping up and asking "what about me". Other friend admonishes young pup saying "Yeah, you say that but when we go to pick you up you run off" Great kids. ❤️

My 13.5 year old pup is still quite happy to rumble with her mate and chase a toy, albeit with a fraction of her younger strength, but she patiently waits for me to carry her upstairs and deposit her on the foot of the bed.
