Looking at chairs and I show one I like to my husband. His response ‘it looks very low’. That’s the age we are at people; when getting out of it is more important than the aesthetic. He has a point though - chairs seem to be made very low these days 👵😂

I find winter month exercise tricky. The pull of the duvet rather than the planned weights routine is huge. I know I’ll feel better for doing it but may have to fashion some sort of duvet-esq workout outfit.

My area has now turned to an ice rink; I’m now anxious about falling over when I go out (since my new hip) and can’t wait to slide down the hill in the car later 🥶😂. Living at a place called Hilltop, in the winter months, has its disadvantages. Still the youngest is happy, as school closed
