A person with direct knowledge confirmed with me that Marko Elez requested that the Wayback Machine remove all of his past tweets. A Internet Archives rep said this is their longstanding policy — that rights holders can request URLs to be excluded — but wouldn't comment on any specific case.

Everything about the BL attack continues to exhaust and worry me. That they weren’t permitted to payoff the £600k ransom and now have only £400k to rebuild from scratch? Digital infrastructure is the backbone of all libraries and I wish it was supported as such
