Yeah. To put it into perspective, if Trump is permitted to rearrange the post office, he is also permitted to rearrange the lower federal courts however he likes. Both are spelled out as "The Congress shall have Power" in Art I, Sec 8. And there's more too, like armies and the militia, second pic.

We lose our Constitutional Rights when we don't understand them. It results in the formulation of opinions that are based on ignorance and personal feelings as opposed to Supreme Law. For example, if Trump signed an order allowing for the forced removal in evacuation areas, some would agree.

On This Day 1851: The University of Minnesota is founded, closing soon after in 1858. Reopened after the Civil War, it didn't actually graduate any students until 1873. The U was finally rescued through donations from flour magnate John Sargent Pillsbury in 1876.
