#CorneliusFrederick would be turning 22 this year, free from the foster care system. Staff killed him for throwing a sandwich while his peers watched. 5/1 is the anniversary of his death. This is what the #TTI looks like. Look at this beautiful boy who was killed by his “treatment providers.” RIP
