When I try to imagine "everything" to myself, I usually try to purposefully include things that I consider harmful thoughts to myself in order to prove to myself that I am revealing everything to myself. But... Not everything gets revealed so it ends up me thinking of something abstract then awful.

I was kept awake for a bit by the "cosmic egg" theory, thinking about "when I die, does the essence of consciousness get like round robin exchanged across everyone?" But then I concluded to myself that assuming everyone's experience of consciousness is the same is unfair and assuming of reality.
