The waterfall model (prototyping → pre-production → production → release → etc) is so incredibly incompatible with the reality of game development. Yet it’s taught at schools, used in pitch decks and game biz, used by producers for todos, planning, roadmaps, etc. Kill it with fire. 🧵 #gamedev

I had a blast! For non German speakers: I was interviewed at the #GamesZone event in Dortmund, and showed off the current version of Antisuns on the side. In-person visitors were also able to get their hands on the game. I will create some English subtitles for the video and post it later.
