1/ Trump is basically ordering that the US government stop enforcing the Civil Rights Act anywhere it relies on disparate-impact. In other words, anywhere the outcome of a policy is discriminatory, but you can't prove racist intent.

I have believed a thing for 45+ years, that I found out yesterday to be false. Quite shocking really. I thought that what Tiggers liked best was yeast extract, or marmite (or vegemite because Kanga is an Aussie) but it is in fact malt extract which is completely different.
