This misleading and how misinformation spreads insidiously. The BBC chose this picture for their post on hMPV on IG. There is no vaccine for this respiratory virus. Even though the post was otherwise informative with rampant antivaxx sentiment, I fail to see the value in using this particular photo.

What a cool study and a powerful demonstration that Tuberculosis is largely a disease of poverty. In Brazil a large scale intervention which provided cash monthly to families living in poverty led to profound reductions in TB cases.
