Success is the death knell of interesting gameplay systems that challenge the player/make them uncomfortable/make them learn. "We want everyone to be able to play" is always code for "we don't want anyone to experience something they might dislike" and games get less interesting as a result.

If you're about to apply for College right now, why the hell would anyone go into game development? This industry will be dead in 20 years.

Apropos of nothing; more stories should have children as villains. And not just in cases where the protag is also a child; give me goody two-shoes adults versus conniving evil children.

What the fuck do you mean "other organisms"???

I have been trying to remember what this game was for like a decade. My high school friend used to play this on his hacked PSP and I always just remembered it as that "one edgy game". Couldn't recall the name but the edgy part sure was on point.

Better yet; Excited for Okami 2? Play Bayonetta Origins.

Fucking THQ's death was less self-inflicted.

Watching Barry Lyndon on a flight?!?!?!?

I love Prozd. But knowing that he's achievement pilled validates my opinion that only people with brainrot can dislike FMA 2003.

So many artists would make better work if the word "trauma" never entered their vocabulary and they didn't start basing their whole personality around it.

You know what, I used to just blindly accept that FF14's narrative must be amazing and that I'll simply never have the time for it. But now that I know the writers are Nolan fans, I'm just gonna go ahead and presume it's a pile of overwrought dogshit that's only impressive because of its bombast.

Ya know Era is Pony pilled when they know this guy for Horizon and not New Vegas.

Mentally, whenever I'm speaking with someone online who I deem moronic, I just assume that in real life they look like Larry Butz from Ace Attorney.

For as much as I've soured on TOTK, seeing one of the dragons going down into the depths and following it throughout its journey is one of the most magical moments in any game.
