1/2 Hey folks--An update on Nox I have 2 issues that need help. 1) he doesn't understand that he's hurting me. He's kneady-his claws hurt and I have old lady skin. I'm outta band-aids. 2) He's skittish and runs n hides. I don't want to traumatize him.

Folks--We let Nox into the main house. At 2:30 this morning, he decided Mom n Dad's bed was the PERFECT place to attack feet, hands, and eyeballs. Yes, apparently, blinking is an invitation to paws, claws, and jaws. He bit my eyelid. #witchsky He also cuddles under blankets.

Folks- An update on Nox: He now knows that I'm a delightful provider of treats and that my lap is perfectly safe. Today, in exchange for fish-flakes, he let me brush him and clip his front nails. He's hanging out with Husband a lot more. Things are going well. He sure does eat ALOT.

Hey Folks! Nox is getting braver. He's out of his hidey-spots. He's beginning to feel safe and brave. I've never had a kitten-cat (6 mos old) before. All my cats have been older. He's developing a personality. I'll try to post new pics soon. I may need advice. #witchsky

An update on out new kitten, Nox: He's feeling braver than before, and will come out of hiding to play. He's easily spooked, however, he let me pet him yesterday afternoon, and again in the evening. He has not yet let my husband pet him. Tonight, we try gentle bribery and treats for skritches.
