A few years ago I went to a hair salon for a tapered cut in miami. Man I sat in the car crying. My friends laughed at me while I was sobbing. I went back to cutting my own hair, immediately.

I dont think it can get anymore transparent. Hell, 2 CFR 200 makes it so. And if its a contract the ton of FAR clauses that flow down dont exactly make compliance and reporting a walk in the park. This is not for transparency. This is something else. I just dont know what.

Most IHEs are no profit.There have been advances in gene therapy and stem cell research to fight cancer. Without IDC how will the clean rooms stay afloat who will pay for the power to keep cells frozen, who ensures compliance while PIs complete the scope? Are we doing away (1 of 2?)
