Excited to share I've officially been awarded my first R01! We'll be spending the next 5 yrs conducting a study I'm super excited about--optimizing a self-guided digital CBT-based chatbot intervention for eating disorders for maximum effectiveness and efficiency and then aiming to disseminate! 1/n

Bluesky needs a bookmark button! How else am I supposed to add to my endless “save for later” backlog when I come across a cool paper shared here?!

Yesterday, we said goodbye to our precious family dog, Lailah. She was a central part of my life for 13 years. She'll live on in my memories, and funny enough, also in a research article + an ED prevention chatbot. I'll always smile thinking about Lailah helping someone's body image in a small way.

Alex Janin at the Wall Street Journal wrote this excellent piece about GLP-1s and children. Definitely worth a read if you are invested in public health, weight stigma, eating disorders, nutrition, and/or weight loss. www.wsj.com/health/pharm...

Ok I think I am done with what Twitter has become. I loved using it for my professional development, so does anyone have tips to get my Bluesky feed set up for clinical psych? I've heard about starter packs but don't really know what is going on 😅

It’s done 😅. Huge thanks to everyone who read my materials and supported me along the way! Who knows what will happen, but I’m proud of myself for taking on the challenge of applying.
