So while Trump is doing this ...

Lawless extortion of Ukraine by the President of the United States in service to a war criminal who invaded a sovereign country, has murdered nearly a million people and destroyed countless lives. Trump demanding $500 billion from Ukraine and promises... nothing.

Bravo. And for the record, one of the projects I'm most proud of is having worked with a Fortune 20 company to broaden its diversity and inclusion program. Cretins can't stop progress.

Resister of the Day Award: Maine Gov Janet Mills.

At this time of trouble for our nation, the words and example of a friend and one of my heroes, John Lewis, are a strong and motivating guide. He shared this in his last essay to the American people, penned just before he passed away:

"It has been only four weeks since Trump took the oath of office, and I wonder whether casual voters or even those who truly despised Biden have taken onboard what they’ve done." It's so normal to vote for the other guy - but not this time. New from @monacharen.bsky.social:

Scared Lil' Marco orders State Dept to cancel media subs to NY Times, The Economist, Politico, Bloomberg, Reuters, AP. Hoping these media will offer free subscriptions to individuals, and allow shared access among colleagues. Or that someone will offer to underwrite costs. It's tax deductible.

I know this is uncomfortable. But taking a stand on right vs wrong, legal vs illegal, moral vs immoral begins at home. Screaming about distant Trump supporters and enablers rings hollow when we're afraid to confront family and friends with the truth.

WTH? Do your damn jobs! Trump should be begging you; you control taxpayer fund allocations! Never in my life have I seen such a weak, pathetic group of cowards.

For anyone who thought "Russia was a hoax." Disgraceful.

The Washington Post refused to run this ad. Sure would be a shame if it went viral.

Musk and his minions now attempting to hack into American taxpayers' personal info.

Up next: The illegal purge from the weak little cowards so fearful of broad thinking, ideas and experience.

I guarantee you not one of these people knows a lick about restructuring staff groups for optimal org performance/efficiencies. If anything, they may have been managers who reported to managers who called in experts like McKinsey, BCG, Deloitte to figure it out for them.

Read the tea leaves in AG's reported letter to Google/Apple that it's ok to violate the SCOTUS TikTok ruling. All 'cause her sugar daddy in the WH wants to preserve TikTok's viability in the US so he and his pals can get private investment $$ to buy it, turn it into MAGA propaganda platform.

Americans are losing brilliant, high-integrity public servants like Danielle Sassoon and fellow SDNY prosecutors because they refuse to kowtow to criminals like Trump and his legally compromised DOJ hachet crew.

Former Secretaries of the Treasury say US democracy is under siege ... from barbarians inside the gate.

Now Trump is setting up investment funds - ETFs and managed funds - for Americans to invest their $. If anyone believes that he won't try to divert your 401k, Social Security and other taxpayer dollars into these questionable vehicles, I've got a bridge to sell you. Why he's getting rid of CFPB.

@weissmann11.bsky.social @joycewhitevance.bsky.social @barbmcquade.bsky.social Trying to understand: 1) courts issue orders; 2) secs/agencies refuse to comply; 3) courts dispatch USMS to enforce; 4) DoJ directs USMS to stand down? Does Bondi have that authority?

Dem attorneys general 👏

Fighting the lawlessness of the Trump admin requires a relentless multiprong attack. The outing of Musk and his DOGE Boys is but one front. Exposing the power behind Russell Vought and his planned assault on Americans via the OMB is another. Time to go after The Heritage Foundation. Hard.

Meet the new fiscal assistant secretary of the Treasury. Who thinks he can stop Social Security and Medicare payments, and Congressionally authorized funding. And has access to all of Americans personal info, like bank accounts.

Musk's boy toys are low-hanging fruit for Russia, China asset recruitment.

Dem attorneys general protecting Americans' right to privacy.

Read between the lines, what Musk is really trying to do is control and censor how and from which media government employees get their information. Why read Politico when all you need is X?

With Congress failing to check Trump’s worst instincts, the courts are our last defense. Great tracker of Legal Challenges to Trump Administration Actions in justsecurity.org
