Today I learned that most Nintendo Switch games come on cartridges, just like the old-school Game Boy! I've been downloading games online since way back in 2004. Why do Nintendo think physical cartridges are still the way to go for the Switch, when digital downloads are the norm these days?

My wife is watching Netflix's Our Little Secret, and either everyone is wearing too much make-up, or there is a smoothing filter applied to their faces. Either way, it's very off putting. Nobody has any contours to their face, and stubble looks weird.

Some more details about the bait and switch "Printed by Amazon" book of All Systems Red. The edges are frayed. The font cover looks washed out. And it feels really tacky. Overall, the quality is very poor. Not something I want to hold in my hands.

Amazing should be up front if they are selling you a "Printed by Amazon" book. They are of a much poorer quality than genuine publishers.

There is obviously a fine line between telling people what to do, offering them advice, or letting them learn by their own mistakes/choices. I'm 40. I wish some people who know me would do the latter.
