Sharing this for no particular reason: In the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver, Canada beat the US in OT and won the men’s ice hockey gold medal. People poured out onto the streets, my dad and I amongst them. I was only 11 but I have a visceral memory of how the city felt that day. It was electric.
