Had some activism stuff and work finished late today. I wanted to do it right which meant doing it slow. It meant I only had 90 mins for running. I managed 300 points and just under 5000kcal. I usually have those numbers as my goal for 3 hours. How I did it in half the time a mystery. But I'm glad

Today I wasn't sure I could make the targets but I did 3 hours, 3400kcal, 430+ heart points. That is excess of my original goals. I still feel it's not enough and I didn't do enough and that I could have done better. I was at a peak in sept 2024 and I had a slow dip to Dec 24. Am I getting back?

I saw a post from the band eternal tears of sorrow. A couple of years ago they announced that they tried to make some new tracks but the demos or whatever they felt didn't fit the mood of the band and will never release it. They announced, not to my surprise that there will be no further music
