Hi friends! Today we have a treat, a really crispy woodpecker (Dendrocopos major) I managed to capture. This little fellow was hiding from another larger woodpecker that landed in the same tree, the other one landed in foliage unfortunately so I couldn't get a good angle. #birds #photography

This is not my usual posting subject but I wanted to share it regardless since I found a cool trick for embroidering fuzzy fabrics to stop it showing though. I realised I could pin the backing material to the front for the fill passes and it really turned out amazing. #sewing #embroidery #fumo
