Fell of the Bottom of a ladder. Not that high but my foot went ⬅️➡️⬅️↙️ and I fell on the uneven ground… It feels like pebbles are inside, can’t put weight on it and it swelled enough I can’t wear shoes… I hope it’s not a sprain/fracture but just pain.
