"Bluesky having no algorithm" Is NOT a flaw. All it takes to find new artists is to just visit an artist's page, look at their likes and/or reposts and see if you like some of the artists. You need no algorithm doing it for you. That's how Tumblr had been uniting artists, until its fall in 2018.
