I just watched the movie “Afraid” and I’m baffled by how bad it was. It was kind of ok until suddenly it just stopped making sense and getting worse and worse. Was it written by AI? It wouldn’t surprise me

I wish that modern AAA games focused on reactivity in their settings, environmental destruction, better particle effects (debris, dust clouds, etc.) rather than the constant chase for realistic graphics. The only consistent focus seems to be increased texture fidelity, which is a damn shame.
