If I had a nickel for every Transformer I have that turned into a real vehicle I own or have owned previously, I’d have two nickels, which isn’t a lot but it’s weird that it’s happened twice…

My FJ had a baby! eBay listing said it was black, it’s actually green. Not that big a deal honestly. All the green parts were on a sprue, so if I really wanted to, I could pop them off, paint them black, and pop them back on. I have no painting skills though, and I’m terrified to even try 😬

Car shopping is hard. Even harder when you’re after a specific vehicle. Challenge mode activated when it’s a vehicle only made in a 7 year timeframe and most of them are averaging 200k miles 😬

Got my Slipstream kit from the good folks over at @nonnef.bsky.social! USPS messed up and skipped my state entirely and sent it to Indiana for some reason, so had to wait a couple extra days for them to realize they goofed. But man, so happy to have this kit, the new chest was sorely needed!

Conversely to SS86 Galvatron, DOTM Hatchet disappoints me. While I can appreciate the Dreads finally being completed, he’s disappointing due to his tail being a separate piece that pops off/back on for alt mode, his arm panels being easily knocked off, and being too panel-y 😕

Even though it’s the same exact figure as the Kingdom version, I am a MUCH bigger fan of SS86 Galvatron solely for the animation accurate colors. Love those purples, and he looks good with his gang! I wasn’t totally happy with his Decepticon badge so I slapped on a ToyHax label on his chest.
