Dug out my old WHO-level grammar book.

Avengers' spoilers.

Working my way through a list of films I'd meant to see but, for whatever reason, not got round to watching. Last night's double bill of Saw followed by Grey Gardens was quite the thing.

Right. That’s the traditional Easter lunch prepared. Now to fill up on chocolate.

Rewatching Reggie Perrin last night and noticed Bubbles the test card clown in the background of a scene at Linda's house. If this wasn't the one that belonged to test card girl Carole Hersee, there must have been at least two of them around at the time. *shudder*

Penny being Penny. (Better with sound)

Morning.

I didn't realise that Andrew Gold had formed a Byrds tribute band in LA called Byrds of a Feather. Amazing live version of Eight Miles High. www.youtube.com/watch?v=J8kt...

.

Morning.

"It's about that upgrade you sold me. The picture's definitely taller - I can just about make out the top of Sandi Toksvig's head now - but I can't seem to get Pebble Mill at One any more. And it keeps toppling off my bedside cabinet."

Listening to Kenny on this joyous 1968 show feels like some kind of magical time travel.

Philip Norman reckons there’s no rock biopic story in Ringo Starr. Having got this strip into Viz years ago, we beg to differ.

In the split second that I reached into the cupboard for the pepper and saw this, my brain decided that this jar of Marmite was a “Long John Peppercorn Edition”. Ah, of course. There he is. In all his things. Good old Long John Peppercorn.

The Broken Veil soundtrack album out today, featuring music from the youngest Morris, Phil. Do also check out Phil's Bandcamp page(s) for more ambient loveliness: arcuk.bandcamp.com/album/invisi...

Don’t forget to set all your scales forward a stone tonight.

Post the first video game you ever played. I think it was an Atari Sprint II machine in the arcade on Pett Level road, Winchelsea.

Tell your mates about #BrokenVeil. My instagram ads manager thingy has decided to block my account... Fun. So I'm having a bit of trouble getting the promo videos out past Meta's relentless content clamps. We're down to word-of-mouth for a bit while we get the last two eps out... SPREAD THE WORD.

Love this bit of municipal art on the shopping parade at Chingford Hatch. The slightly muted colours are smashing when the sun comes out.
