While not enough time in between walking and climbing around trails to make some on the go doodles, we did get to experience a rare thing for Dutch folk... verticality! Trying to use the calm time away to also art a bit, but can't show some of it because some is convention work #AMTravel #Nautila

Survived the drive... and Italian roads, I was just easy backseat cargo tho Regaining some energy while I can, and managed to snag some too good to go pizza last night for €5! First food in Italy Nautila is settling in too, furthest away from home she's been so far! #AMTravel #Nautila #EponaFest

My experience I told (much easier now) to my therapist and I'd also like to share because I wish everyone be able to have it when needed: Instead of feeling like constant having to explain to someone sat across, it was more like they walked alongside me, thinking and helping as part of my journey.

Made this week, a little farewell gift for therapist. Last appointment of many good, for they're moving on to a new job! Did also get introduced to my new one and I'm glad there was someone to replace during this important time. I don't think I posted… but I'm on the waitlist for trauma treatment 🙊
