My thoughts on the Trump administration.

Conversation at mfg plant in the US: This customer wants a quote because of the tariffs on China. We would have to buy a lot of equipment and hire people, and as soon as the tariffs are lifted they’ll go straight back to China, and we’ll be stuck with expensive equipment we can’t use. So… no.

I went to Northwestern. The faculty and students there are among the smartest people I have ever met. Attempting to cripple the most brilliant minds in the country is a deeply stupid endeavor.

Rep. Steven Horsford to Greer: "So the trade representative hasn't spoken to the POTUS about a global reordering of trade, but yet he announced it on a tweet? WTF! Who is in charge? It looks like your boss just pulled the rug out from under you. There is no strategy ... is this market manipulation?"

One man should not be allowed to throw the entire world into financial chaos at his whim. This is absolutely absurd. This has to stop.

The American people have risen up and they are PISSED AS HELL. #HandsOff

He decided to GO GOLFING today, and he has no meetings on his schedule through Sunday night. He wrecked the global economy and tanked all of our retirement accounts, and he is PLAYING GOLF.

Oh just Texas Congressman Keith Self directly quoting Joseph Goebbels during a congressional hearing….what planet are we on smh

He hates the military. We are just props.

I have been driving German cars for the past 10 years, but this is my current car. I have to say I love this Volvo. It handles so smoothly, it’s so quiet, and the stereo is so good. This absolutely feels like a luxury car. I guess Audis and Volvos are my favorite cars.

I used to shop nearly exclusively at Target and Amazon. I haven’t shopped at Amazon since last fall or at Target since December. If I can find alternatives and stick to it, people in other countries can find alternatives to American products and also stick to it.

I was 15 when Top Gun came out, and I will admit that Val Kilmer made quite an impression. But Tombstone is the one I have watched over and over, and over. He was a remarkable actor. I’ve heard that he said Doc Holliday was his favorite. Mine, too. I’ve been just heartbroken since yesterday.
