Day 33/1458-Do something. I am doing one thing each day. One thing every day to be more aware and active. It may be small, but it will be something and maybe you will do something too. Today-Tip extra. That’s it..tip more than you normally do. It’s an act of kindness.

My do something today is- Supporting Girl Scouts! If you see them selling…get a box. $6. Don’t talk about the price, your weight, all that. Just support. Eat them or give them away. Look for this Girl Scout or any Girl Scout, Brownie, Daisy and support! Thank you!
