My favorite board games for two (but they aren't narrative):
Boop- a cross between chess and tic tac toe, but with cats!
Patchwork- build your board a piece at a time, much like tetris
Forbidden island- a cooperative adventure where you have to find the treasure and escape before the island sinks

Corporate-owned social media companies have an adversarial relationship with their customers: they profit from worsening our mental health. A US-owned TikTok wouldn't change that.

Have you tried Obsidian? Because it's a virtual notes app that basically looks like this and it's amazing.
