Been reading Sing Like Fish by Amorina Kingdon. Super fascinating so far. If you understand how sound works in air, it'll educate you better on how it works in water. Makes me want to work on a game that takes place in both so I can build a custom underwater distance model. 🌊 🎤

Watched the Werner Herzog doc Radical Dreamer. There's a scene where he's mentoring young directors and says, "it's not because I'm better, but I've made enough mistakes I can help them prevent making." This nails it. This is the Dream Phone, an art piece I built for a show in Dunsmiur, CA next month. People called in their dreams and I transferred them to a sound board embedded into the phone (which was my grandpa's). The tablecloth has the dreams transcribed and running into each other to form new dreams.
