I hope those who go through what I do sometimes understand that it is ok that some days you will not feel up to doing anything. It's perfectly fine to just lay around until you feel yourself again and then go from there. Remember that and I'm proud of you all.

If someone establishes straight forward rules of engagement with them, LISTEN to them. We all love to chat and get to know one another but if you cannot simply respect what they have laid out for you to follow, it's not only disrespectful, but shows you do not respect people boundaries.
