I read the article about Anvil Engine improvements in the latest Assassin's Creed game, and I'm impressed! Having worked in a small team for years, I see such achievements as a miracle—something nearly impossible without massive resources.

Going through my PS2 screenshots folder I'm reminded of how BUSIN 0～Wizardry Alternative NEO is the coolest & creepiest of all Japanese Wizardries. The Katsuya Terada art alone makes it worth a play. I wish I could tell you all to play this instead of the gacha one, but it never got translated :/

I recently started diving into the oldest (and now the only surviving) Russian magazine about video games. The first issue begins with a review of War Wind, a game I had never heard of before. It’s an RTS that turned out to be too difficult and complex for the author, so they rated it 6 out of 10.
