Isn't there another way to fund Democracy than being bombarded by multiple demands for donations. I'm on Social Security. There's a limit to what I can give. And it's discouraging when Billionaires nonchalantly barge in and buy elections. And then take over the government and destroy everything.

I'm feeling discouraged, frustrated and a little angry. I'm 77 on Social Security. I give what I can to this effort to save democracy. But there's a limit. Today I donated to my Senator, to my Democratic candidate for Governor, and to End Citizens United. I'm tapped out. And feel a bit 😠

I was just drinking a nice cold glass of orange juice, and got to thinking about the insanity of this administration, with the "burn everything down" and "deport all the migrant workers." That's really dumb. How will that lower the price of eggs, or improve the economy, or working class status?

I have been enjoying watching the Democratic Senators talking about PROJECT 2025, the Corporate Billionaires takeover, and Russell Voght. It's nice listening to intelligent, calm, well-educated speakers, like Corey Booker and Senator Whitehouse. I feel like I am back in school.

And just like that, I found my courage. I stopped caring about what people think of me, and posted the video of the Democratic Congressmen talking about PROJECT 2025 and what Trump and Musk are doing to destroy the government, posted it to my Facebook profile and sent it to my Trumper sister.

I feel more optimistic. I watched AOC yesterday on a very informative and encouraging video about what's been going on with this coup. And she talked about how we can be part of the resistance.. and the importance of taking a breath and then getting back to the battle any way we can.

I think it's interesting that Canada seems to be distinguishing between Blue states and Red states in how they are applying the TARIFFS on the US.

I'm wondering where people are seeing higher prices in eggs. Walmart in Norfolk, Virginia is keeping prices down at present. I guess we'll see what happens when the TARIFFS really kick in.
