For those not too knowledgeable about the German system: Partiesmust have 5% to be included in the parliament so you can ignore FDP and BSW like the line reading others. CDU/CSU will be tasked building a coalition that had 50%+. AfD isn't an option. They won't ask Left Party. Leaves SPD+Greens.
