Some more wonderful reviews for #TheCure. I know how hard it is for authors to fit in proof requests whilst balancing their own writing, work & family commitments, so a heartfelt thanks to Awais, Trevor, Julie & Russ for your support. Always appreciated, never taken for granted. Seven weeks to go!

Yesterday, IN THE SHADOWS OF LOVE was officially launched in Lahore! My first ever book launch in Pakistan and what an incredible turnout. Goes on to show that books CAN work in Pakistan too. Have you bought a copy of IN THE SHADOWS OF LOVE yet?

Awais is great - snap this one up! #BookSky πŸ’™πŸ“š

SOMEHOW, this book is still for 99p 🀯. Also, if you're a fan of series, there's a sequel out too. Dive into the glittering and secretive lives of Pakistan's elite today! A good Valentine's Day read πŸ˜… www.amazon.co.uk/Company-Stra...

TY @awaiskhan.bsky.social & FaberAcademy "...over 60 rejections from literary agents, 1 going so far as to ask me to just quit because writing wasn’t for me... Never give up!" The Power of Perseverance: faberacademy.com/awais-khan-a...

We sat down with Awais Khan, author of four novels and a graduate of Faber Academy’s Writing a Novel course, to discuss his journey to publication, literary influences and the importance of never giving up. πŸ“š @awaiskhan.bsky.social faberacademy.com/awais-khan-author-interview/

The only thing keeping me sane as I write this novel. 66k words in as of today. You all had better read this 😭 This book has taken a lot out of me, but thankfully, I'm on the home run now πŸ₯΅

Fantastic πŸ€—

Nothing quite like opening the Sunday paper and seeing a half page review of your novel! "I have been following Awais Khan’s remarkable literary journey, witnessing his evolution from a promising debut to a masterful storyteller." IN THE SHADOWS OF LOVE is out now: www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=awais+kh...

Tired already... Living in Pakistan is just exhausting at times

Signed all this stock of IN THE SHADOWS OF LOVE today in Lahore! So glad that my latest novel has FINALLY arrived in my country. Good news for US readers as well. You can now buy this gorgeous paperback too: www.amazon.com/Shadows-Love... I'd love to be more widely read in the US someday πŸ₯Ή

Throwback to when I didn't even let the harsh Middle Eastern sun keep me from reading πŸ˜† As long as I have a good book, I don't even mind temperatures of 45Β°C

Huge congrats to our alumnus @awaiskhan.bsky.social on his Forbes feature! Awais shares his inspiring journey through publishing challenges and invaluable advice for aspiring writers. ✍️ Read the full article: zurl.co/DGU5D

I'm 100 pages into writing my latest novel (my magnum opus) and absolutely hating myself πŸ˜† I feel like I'm writing absolute garbage, but then I look at my four published novels and remind myself that I CAN and WILL do it again. Just need to keep the faith πŸ™πŸΌ

Such a funny photo! It'd almost as if I'm saying: WHY ISN'T EVERYONE BUYING MY BOOKS?!?!?! 🀣 In case you'd like to buy them, here's the link: UK: www.amazon.co.uk/s?k=awais+kh... US: www.amazon.com/s?k=awais+kh...

A lot of people have praised me for wearing shalwar kameez for my @forbes.com feature. To give credit where it's due, it was all Sonya Rehman's idea 🀩. Together, she and Saad Sarfraz (photography) have created a feature worth remembering! www.forbes.com/sites/sonyar...

Come rain or shine, an author always has to write πŸ˜…. A lot of people romanticise writing, and it can certainly be that, but for me, it's all about meeting deadlines, rooting around for ideas, and making sure I deliver pageturning books to my readers. What about you?

Behind the Scenes of my Photoshoot for @forbes.com This is Lahore's historic Anarkali Bazar, named after the famous courtesan who fell in love with a Mughal Prince and was enclosed alive in a wall as punishment. Read the full article here: www.forbes.com/sites/sonyar...

Blimey! That’s HUGE! Congrats Awais πŸ€—

Wah ji wah! Check out talented writer Awais Khan in the Forbes article below. So proud of you and this feature:

I've made it in Forbes πŸ₯³ A big thank you to my readers, agent and publishers for bringing me to this point in my writing journey. It wouldn't have been possible without you πŸ™πŸΌ Definitely a dream come true! Big thanks to Sonya Rehman. Photography by Saad Sarfraz www.forbes.com/sites/sonyar...

The pleasure was all mine! So nice to meet a fellow Pakistani and keep the cultural and literary ties between the nations strong. Can't wait to read your book #NoHonour.
