Just from the No Project 2025 rally in Harrison AR. Was postponed due to bad weather last weekend. About 85 folks there, all ages. Lots of honks and thumbs up but a few thumbs down to my sign supporting veterans which surprised me.

I'm fired up! Just found out from my neighbor that there will be a demonstration this Saturday in Harrison Arkansas, the large town closest to where we live. Harrison is notorious for the racists who have a KKK faction here, though most folks are more progressive.

Just checked my bank statement. My Social Security hasn't gone up, despite the fact that I was penalized for having a teacher's pension and denied widow's benefits. And now DOGE has made it impossible to find out why this hasn't happened yet.

Today's the day to call your member of Congress and tell them to vote against the SAVE Act. This law would require anyone who has changed their name since birth (like via marriage) to get a passport in order to vote. They are getting ready for the final vote on this act!
