Dragged my sorry butt to Benchmark day this morning even though I can't usually do Mondays. Testing the bench press today. Managed 90kg/200ish lbs for 5 then "failed" 100kg/225lbs but managed 2 reps. This is about where I was before I stopped training big lifts back in 2017 so I'm pleased.
